Builders & Home Improvements in Norwich

I can’t get over how different the house looks now the windows and doors have been changed. We didn’t alter the brickwork or anything major, yet the whole exterior suddenly looks cleaner and much more modern.

Even my husband, who is notoriously difficult to impress, has admitted it was money well spent.

Our porch has turned out better than I imagined. I was worried it might look like an obvious addition, but the proportions and finish match the house beautifully.

It also gives us much more room for coats, shoes and all the usual clutter by the front door.

The timber door we had was old, draughty and getting harder to lock properly, so it was definitely time for a change. The new composite door feels much more substantial and has stopped the cold air we used to get around the frame.

It also looks far better from the street.

Our driveway is an awkward shape, so we weren’t sure whether a carport would even be practical. Kieran talked us through a couple of ideas and came up with something that gives us the cover we wanted without making the front of the house feel cramped.

We’re very pleased with the result.

The new front door has completely changed the entrance to our house. It closes with a proper solid feel, the locks feel far more secure and the colour works brilliantly with the brickwork.

We should have replaced the old one years ago.

Kieran and the team did a cracking job for us. They turned up when expected, worked efficiently and didn’t leave us with a load of clearing up afterwards.

Very pleased with the standard of work and I’d happily use Sure Home Improvements Ltd again.

The old conservatory was basically unusable for half the year because it was freezing in winter and roasting in summer. The replacement feels like a completely different space and we now use it every day.

It has honestly changed the way we use the downstairs of the house.

We had several windows replaced along with French doors leading onto the garden. I was particularly pleased with how carefully the team worked around the existing decoration because I’d been expecting to have to touch up half the room afterwards.

The new doors have also made the back of the house feel much brighter.

What impressed me most was the fact they didn’t automatically suggest replacing everything. One of our windows could be repaired and they told us so, which saved us money.

The other replacements were fitted neatly and the advice throughout felt genuine rather than sales driven.

I’ve wanted a canopy over the patio for years and I’m so pleased we finally had one fitted. It means we can leave the doors open when there’s a bit of rain and still sit outside without everything getting soaked.

The finished job looks really natural against the house.

A neighbour recommended Sure Home Improvements Ltd after having work done themselves. We ended up using them for new windows and a rear door and can understand the recommendation.

Communication was good, the appointments were kept and the fitting standard was excellent.

We mainly wanted some shelter outside the back doors for taking the dog out and sitting on the patio when the weather is a bit unpredictable. The canopy has ended up being far more useful than expected and it has been fitted in a way that doesn’t overpower the garden.
